Watermelon icy poles.

Simply puree watermelon in a thermomix or food processor and pour into those plactic thingies for making icy poles and freeze. It’s that simple. Healthy and cheap too. Brilliant hey?

If you’re making a batch and have too much for the plastic thingies, just give them the leftovers as a drink. It helps keep them patient while the icy poles freeze.
