The rhythmic ebb and flow of my days is currently absent. Many factors are involved and must simply be borne for the present. Havoc is being wrought upon my meal planning as a result. A most unpleasant result.

Tonight in a mad dash to serve hungry, over tired Ankle BIters a meal in a 10 minute time frame, I happened upon a mixture that could be a welcome boon for those with Ankle Biters of the finicky variety.

Macaroni, Cheese and Zucchini.
500g macaroni
1 1/2 cups grated cheese
2 finely grated zucchini
1/3 cup cream
seasoning

  1. Cook macaroni until al dente.
  2. Stir all other ingredients through over heat
  3. Season to taste.

You could bake this for while with more cheese on top if you weren’t in a tearing hurry but it really isn’t necessary.
